Billing FAQ
Trial, billing, and changes
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days, full access, no credit card required. You can keep any jobs you create, and upgrade to a paid plan at any point during or after the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Your account stays accessible but paid features are paused until you pick a plan. Jobs and DXF files you have already generated remain available to download.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Prorated adjustments are handled automatically by Stripe.
How are overages handled?+
User seats are enforced per plan. If you need more users on Starter or Pro, upgrade to the next tier — there are no surprise overage charges.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Monthly billing is the default. For annual contracts, Enterprise, or Franchise plans, contact admin@ductpress.ai.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards via Stripe. Australian GST is applied where applicable.
What happens if a payment fails?+
Stripe retries failed payments automatically. You will receive an email from us and Stripe; the account enters a grace period before any access changes.
