Automated ducting fabrication,
from site to CNC.
DUCTpress turns a paper site measure sheet into a machine-ready DXF file in minutes. No CAMduct, no Lantek, no skilled operator required.

The problem
Traditional sheet metal workflows rely on CAMduct, Lantek, and skilled operators. DUCTpress replaces all three.
Contractors fill in paper site measure sheets, re-enter measurements at the office, then manually prepare DXF files for the plasma cutter. Every step risks error and delay. DUCTpress collapses all three steps into one mobile-first workflow.
How it works
Three steps. No office stop.
Site input
Measurements, gauges, end connections (TDF, SLIDE, RAW), insulation — entered on a phone or tablet, straight from the site.
DXF generation
Flat pattern calculated instantly. Multi-sheet nesting with kerf control. Proof PDFs and job sheets ready to approve.
Direct CNC output
Download the DXF or email it. The plasma cutter runs it exactly as-is — no translation, no rework.

FAQ
Common questions
Do I need a plasma cutter to use DUCTpress?+
DUCTpress generates AutoCAD R12 DXF files that any HVAC plasma or laser cutter reads. If your CNC takes DXF, you are ready to go. We have validated output against the Artech Sheetmetal plasma cutter in Brisbane.
How is this different from CAMduct or Lantek?+
CAMduct and Lantek are desktop software that require a trained operator sitting at a workstation. DUCTpress works mobile-first — installers enter dimensions on site and the fabrication files are ready before they get back to the office.
What do you need to get started?+
Your standard sheet size, your steel price per kg, and the email you want proofs and DXF files sent to. Onboarding takes about 10 minutes.
Can my installers use it from the job site?+
Yes. The entire workflow is designed mobile-first with large touch targets and no iOS zoom behaviour. Enter dimensions on a phone, the flat pattern updates live, and the DXF can be downloaded or emailed straight away.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days, full access, no credit card required. You keep any jobs you create.
